All customers agree to the terms and conditions set forth by FireSight Industries, LLC and agree to operate within the binds of all federal, state, and local laws. It is the consumer’s responsibility to know and understand all laws and regulations surrounding the product(s) purchased from and information exchanged with FireSight Industries, LLC.
FireSight Industries will not be held liable for the misuse of, mishandling of, or participation in illegal activities with any products or information purchased from or obtained from FireSight Industries, LLC.
Export Statement:
Export of certain goods, services, information, and technologies, provided by FireSight Industries, LLC, is strictly prohibited without a current, valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), as prescribed in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 120-130, or the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), as prescribed in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Title 15, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 730-774.
FireSight Industries, LLC does not and will not export anything, to anywhere outside the United States, nor will it entertain any requests to do so. Any attempt to coerce, force, or mislead FireSight Industries, LLC and any of its counterparts or employees into doing so will result in immediate action by way of direct report of the individual(s) or entity to the proper authorities.
U.S. Export Restrictions:
DDTC and BIS, among other U.S. government agencies, monitor and regulate the export, re-export, and transfer of our products and services. Please review the following in order to better familiarize yourself:
It is unlawful to export, attempt to export, or otherwise transfer or sell any hardware, software, or technology/technical data, as well as to furnish any service to any foreign person, whether abroad or in the United States, for which a license or written approval of the U.S. Government is required, without first obtaining the required license or written approval from the U.S. Government.
It is the exporter’s responsibility to request and obtain export licenses or other authorizations for the export of the subject items, and to ensure that the requirements of all applicable laws, regulations, and administrative policies are met.
Sales or transfers to individuals or entities on any U.S. prohibited party list or to any sanctioned countries and territories are strictly prohibited.
Any activity or willingness to act in a manner contrary to U.S. law is strictly prohibited.

FireSight Industries uses standard parcel/package shipping services (Federal Express, USPS, UPS, etc.) and it is understood by the customer that FireSight Industries is not responsible for purchased items once goods have been transferred to the associated shipping agency for shipment. Any and all claims regarding undelivered items, damaged items, and wrongfully delivered items should be processed through the carrier responsible for the delivery.
Returns and refunds will be acknowledged on a case by case basis. FireSight Industries reserves the right to reject any return or refund based on the condition of returned items and any determined causes for any damage or condition(s) based on identifiable use.
